Grown by the farmers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, a cooperative committed to sustainable, high-quality production, each bean is gully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a 100% chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving every note of flavor the growers worked so hard to develop.
